FCL Container Shipping
For FCL container shipping, provide the required container type, loading city, destination port and cargo details. Container availability, loading arrangements and the final freight quote require separate confirmation.
20GP, 40GP or 40HQ?
Choose a container using packed dimensions, a loading plan and applicable weight limits. A 40HQ offers additional height; it does not automatically allow a higher cargo weight. Provide the packing list so loading feasibility and equipment can be confirmed.
Loading and documents
Prepare a commercial invoice and packing list, loading address, cargo-ready date and receiving-party information. Confirm the declaration and clearance arrangement before loading. Provide photos and flag batteries, liquids, wood packaging or other special requirements for review.
FCL shipment steps
Confirm scope and quotation, agree equipment and loading arrangements, prepare cargo and documents, load and record the seal, complete export procedures, follow the ocean shipment, then coordinate import clearance and the agreed handover or delivery. Timing depends on the confirmed booking and actual operations.
What the quotation should include
Ask for origin trucking, loading, export declaration, port charges, ocean freight, destination charges, clearance, duties and delivery to be listed explicitly as included or excluded. Confirm free time and responsibility for detention, demurrage, inspections and waiting charges before booking.
